Saratoga Investment Corp. Announces Offering of Notes

NEW YORK, NY (December 12, 2016) – Saratoga Investment Corp. (the “Company”) (NYSE: SAR) announced the commencement of a registered public offering of Notes (the “Notes”).

The Notes are expected to be listed on the New York Stock Exchange and to trade thereon within 30 days of the original issue date.
